At SoopsCute, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Since all of our products are custom-designed and made-to-order through our print provider, Printify, our return policy is based on the quality and condition of the items you receive. Please review our policy below:

1. Defective or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an error (e.g., wrong design or item), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or full refund for the damaged or defective item.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product.

2. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive an incorrect item or if something is missing from your order, please notify us within 7 days. We will investigate the issue and provide a solution, either through a replacement or a refund.

3. Custom Products

Since all of our products are custom-designed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are personalized or custom-made to order, unless there is a defect or error with the product.

Please double-check your order before confirming to ensure your design, size, and product choice are correct.

4. Change of Mind

Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to carefully review all product details and size charts before placing your order.

5. Return Shipping Costs

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other return scenarios, customers will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we’ve confirmed the return of a defective or incorrect item.
